Marita Price – Founder & Director

Marita is an award winning leadership and workplace culture specialist.  She has a background working internationally in senior level positions within FMCG corporations before setting up Hello Performance in 2015. She has lived in 5 different countries with 7 years spent in the gender diverse cultures of Scandinavia.

 

With her passion, enthusiasm, skill and constructive approach, Marita is motivated by working on real issues and achieving real results.

Ben Price – Director

Ben has many years marketing and strategic experience working for multinationals within the Medical Devices industry. He’s spent almost 15 years living and working internationally and has extensive experience of leading high profile projects and managing people and stakeholders at a European and global level.

Nina Mayler – Associate

With over 20 years’ experience of managing teams of varying sizes including 10 years as an HR Consultant and Management Coach, Nina demonstrates expertise and insight into the challenges managers face in a variety of workplace cultures. Using her natural sensitivity and empathy Nina gets to the heart of developmental areas and journeys alongside our coachees to bring about transformational change. She is a qualified member of the CIPD, master practitioner in neuro-linguistics and keeps her coaching approaches fresh through ILM membership and coaching supervision. Nina enjoys volunteering as a Non-Executive Director and guest lecturing at a local University.

Phillipa Haynes – Associate

Philippa Haynes is a seasoned brand strategy expert and is a regular speaker to business leaders nationally.  Philippa has an extensive background working with global brands and now runs her own thriving brand consultancy

 

She works with businesses that want to bring MEANING to the world and to the people that work with them, believing that every individual looks for a more emotional reason to buy and support a product or service beyond rational reasons such as price. “As human beings we look for that inspiration, that value, that defines what we choose and why.

Nicola Wilcox – Associate

Nicola is a compassionate, supportive and challenging coach and facilitator, academically qualified and accredited with the International Coaching Federation. She has coached clients at varying levels of seniority in finance, healthcare, education, the Church, public sector and creative SMEs, supporting them to achieve both professional and personal goals and outcomes. Endlessly curious about what makes us tick and how we can tick better, Nicola loves the way that coaching gives people the time and space in an otherwise noisy, pressured world to step back, think clearly and take positive steps to achieve results.
