    Our community is where the magic happens, this is where you can post questions, ideas, queries and hear from other culture enthusiasts. A great place to get input and where you hear how other companies do it and what best practises are out there. Imagine a group of like minded individuals who have your back. We also have a yearly face to face session (AT NO EXTRA COST) This builds relationships and fast tracks the learning journey.

    The goal of these training modules is to equip you with the tools and knowledge needed to foster a healthy workplace culture that benefits everyone. In fact, I started out as a leadership coach and realised that a person is only ever as successful as the environment you put them in. So I focused on the ‘environment’ and making that rock.

The fundamental error that a lot of leaders make is, that they do not intentionally design the culture. 99% of leaders will agree that culture is critical to the success and achieving the targets for this year, however in practise leaders only spend 6% of their time on proactively influencing culture. They set out the company strategy, the financial plan, the sales plan…..what about the culture? Companies with outstanding cultures have a culture plan too!

Each element of culture must be designed well. You don’t start building a house until you have designed it first. We say “design the fundamentals first THEN make it great”.

Clarity is about having the intel to know where the culture is at today and then using that as a base to design the culture of tomorrow. The Culture Quest Games

The games are broken into six stages taking you from Culture Novice Explorer to Trailblazer to finally Hall of Fame. Each stage has milestones and methodologies to help you to qualify for the next stage.

Progressing from the Novice Explorer into the Expeditions requires a totally different set of activities compared to what you need to go from the GrandMaster into the Hall of Fame. For this reason, our bespoke advice will always be right for you at the stage you are at and never overwhelming or ‘one size fits all’.

Just like in any new expedition, you will breakdown the journey into legs, when you reach the end of that leg you to progress to the next level.
